Coaching Process We use a proven approach that reduces uncertainty and increases predictable results for clients who are making changes in their organizations and their careers. Our primary tool is the Life Work Portfolio (LWP) which establishes a baseline from which change is identified and measured, where feedback is given, and progress against key milestones is monitored.
