Terry Musch, is a researcher, writer and forward-thinking leadership, career, and life purpose coach. He is a graduate of the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara where he studied human development and life-work coaching. Terry has over 20 years of experience guiding people to their highest potential. Terry has worked with the full spectrum of clients from Fortune 100 executives to individuals, teams, and mid to small size organizations in the areas of aerospace, real estate, finance, health care, publishing, telecommunications, architecture, as well as hundreds of individuals.
- Terry’s rich background includes a degree in Urban Planning from the University of Washington, graduate work at UCLA in Systems Analysis, and one-on-one work with W.E. Deming and Bill Conway in implementing TQM and re-engineering at Rockwell International. While at Boeing and Rockwell, Terry led large Engineering teams focused on critical programs such as the Global Positioning satellite. Terry is known for engaging his teams and clients by tapping into their talents and strengths and using these assets to achieve personal and company goals.
- While at The Boeing Company in Seattle, Terry guided the new business development team within Defense and Space to launch a Satellite based product called DigitalXpress. Terry used talent management processes to create a focused engineering team of passionate entrepreneurs in the design, development and implementation of an innovative consumer product.
- In addition to his corporate experience, Terry works one-on-one with clients to help them be successful by helping people focus on what they do best and enjoy most which becomes their personal pathway to sustained productivity and significant personal development. In working with Terry, clients can expect to go to the core of what motivates them, what they truly want, engaging their will to achieve it, and reflecting on the continuous unfolding journey of their professional and personal life.
Terry lives in San Luis Obispo, California, is writing a book on the relationship between work , conscious creation, and life purpose. He also likes to read, walk on the beach and enjoys music and motorsports.
